Thanks for all the help with the payscales guys, I am an airline guy thinking about making a move to a charter company that does part 91/135 flying about 50/50 split. I am just trying to find out how much I should accept to keep the payscales where they should be, thanks for the info!

NE FO 604 should be in the 90's to start, given the cost of living. Dont sell yourself short
