Safety Standdown-ICT

Making my first trip to Safety Standdown in Wichita and was just wondering what you guys thought of the program and if any of you were going?

I'm going. I have never been. I have tried to go the previous 2 years, with 2 different employers and our schedule didn't allow for it. Our plane happens to be down for an inspection during the same time as Safety Stand Down this year.

I have a couple of close friends that have been and everyone says that it's a great experience.

Where are you staying?

I'll be there. I went to the first one I believe in 96'. BTW, I'm flying out to MCI on Sunday on our company airplane and planning on airlining back to CLT on Thurs 5th or 6th. Any chance someone might be going in that direction I could get a ride back on their airplane? I hate flying the airlines these days.

Was there last year. Good program and worth the trip.

Be there this year. Bring a sportcoat for the last night dinner.
