optimater said:It is settled and they are paying in alphabetical order depending on your last name. The first thing I did was update my address with J. Dwight Young, and then the lawyer. I received my letter shortly after.

Here is an e-mail from our lawyer who's address is [email protected]
They seem to be going alphabetically, so I wouldn't be holding your breath to get it "any day now." I know Xxxxxxx was an FE and Xxx was a long time Captain. My guess is that Xxx had about as much time in the left seat during the relevant period as anyone, which would account for the relative size of his offer. My advice to people has been to accept the offer unless, by comparison, it seems that a computational error may have been made (in which case, I may be able to follow up with the USPS). My chief concern at this point is that all the people who have money coming actually get it. I am collecting current addresses, so if people do get missed after the first pass through the alphabet, I can provide a full list of current addresses to the USPS. Just in case, I'll keep your info on file. Let me know if you get an offer and how much (and then we can talk about how your time and seat might factor in).
