Great leaders motivate. On groundhog day, Punxsutawney Tim, emerged, saw his shadow, and went back into hiding for six more weeks.

He last spoke to us 11/10, and they sent a memo out today. Nice. Good leadership!
 
This will scare the guys still there even more to just bend over and take the huge paycuts...only a matter of time before they agree.
 
Didn't NWA buy into Midwest awhile back? If so, why aren't those pilots integrated into the new DAL?

They bought a minority share and are a "silent" partner. This has been fought throughout aviation history (the various buy-ins to PanAm which brought lawsuits come to mind) and will happen into the future.

I dunno. I hope not. Some very senior pilots seem pretty adamant that this is not going to happen (including #1 on the seniority list).
