Rumor is that we have sealed the deal. We'll see. Anyone know when Frontier was supposed to announce the "winner"?
 
I didn't know they had even finished sending out the RFPs. If you 'sealed the deal' that fast, I'd be impressed.
 
doubt it would be this fast - and in the end lets all hope it get awarded to the FONTIER pilots and their list. NO more contracting.
 
If its going to happen its probably going to happen any day because Horizon is sending 2 airplanes back to Portland begining in January. That would leave Frontier with 7 crjs in a few months from now- just my 2 cents.

Shaniqua would do this flying with what a/c? Aren't you guys having difficulty finding a/c to do the CAL flying already?
 
What about the "No compete" clause for all United feeders? Or is it that CHQ has so many different certificates, they can get around that little item without United finding out?

they could put it on the Rep cert and there would be no problems - hopefully that won't happen and it will all be on the mainline frontier cert.

What would be wrong with 1 brand list then companies wouldnt be able to run around undercutting each other like what happened to us. You sir have a piss poor attitude and could really use some growing up!! And STOP YELLING BLUE JUICE SUCKER!!!!! :laugh:
 
BlueCanoe is just one of those career regional pilots that has too much pride to fly anything bigger because he might have to fly from the right seat with someone who makes his measley 10 years in the business look pathetic. So, he would rather stay at a regional and fly with 600 hour pilots because it makes him feel all-knowing...and come to flightinfo and call everyone "junior" and "gear swinger". Am I right oh big fish in the small pond?

Hey Blue, why don't you go pick on some of the boys on the Majors board....oh yeah....they're out of your league.

dude..I dont care who you are, or that you work for the almighty xjet or that you have 4000 hours. Just the fact that you are coming completley out of right field and insulting my colleauge for no apparent reason, both says alot about you as a person as well as your professionalism. It is you who think your better than everyone else because of the color of the paint on your RJ. You are a joke and I pity the 600 hour wonder that has to sit next to you on a four day trip,oh captain of all captains....now im not claiming to know it all nor have I ever made that statement...but the fact that you attack a number of people on this forum becuase of who they work for and the fact that they state theyre opinion is just stupid....personally I dont care if you have some personal vendetta against my company or my colleauges....ive said it before and ill say it again...it is people like you that make this industry as crappy as it currently is....get over yourself.....superpilot..i still love you buddy!

Man, you chittycaca guys sure are sensitive about your airline. Why is that? Guilt trip? Put your hat on and go stare at yourself in the mirror for a little while. Maybe you could even bring a picture of the E170 into the bathroom with you and rub one out. I'm sure you'll feel better.

Yeah no biggy; Snap you know i dont have any ill will towards CHQ pilots. My fellow XJT bouyys are just backing me because Blue just attacked me for some reason because i said we needed 1 list to stop the whipsaw crap that we all hate. I dont know why he thought he should try and talk down to me; so i responded back in sarcasm because i thought he/she would understand that better. MGMTS and some of the major pilots are the ones to blame for all this for the most part. ALL JETS should have stayed at the majors in my opinion. I think we should all work together hence why i think the 1 list would stop all this. Carry On :beer:

yes, i did. i guess i should have put 'or" there to clarify. either way it would work out for the best for everyone if it was one list. Anyone could transfer from one company to another and be based where ever you want. I know it wont happen but in a fantasy world it would be nice.
