JetBlue Makes Emergency Landing In Long Beach(CBS) Long Beach, Calif. A JetBlue airliner bound for New York made an emergency landing today at Long Beach Municipal Airport after a warning light indicated a problem, authorities said.
The aircraft, with at least 100 passengers on board, circled over the ocean for two hours, burning off fuel, before landing safely in Long Beach, from where it had taken off, according to an airport spokesperson.
The plane arrived at the airport around 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, according to the Long Beach Fire Dept.
It was determined that there was no problem with the aircraft, other than an apparent malfunction of the warning light.

what no media circus?
Were all the media hawks circling the kill this time? Where is all the attention grandstanding and pats on back. Did the entertainment systems work. More problems with the french jet. No video from those scared to death. Im disappointed. Oh yea, thats right sweeps was last month.
