T-gates....Yeah i think your right. If you ever run into them the captain is a real cool guy. If you like talking about guns he is the man to see. True southern courtesy and has some really good flying storys.
 
I fly for Royal as a Lear SIC. Love the company. Great Chief Pilot, Great Director of Operations. I like all the people I fly with. The training is In-House. Chief Pilot trains on actual trips, on the 91 Legs. D.O. gives the Check Rides. As said before, these people really teach you how to fly. Great time builder, Good pay, but you work your butt off too!
