FLYLOW -- yes -- my delays in the past few years have been in minutes --120 minutes, 180 minutes, etc. And unless you are sitting in TEB, HPN, PBI, etc., many, many owners have experienced a large increase in the frequency and length of recoveries. The very interesting thing is the operatioons has figured out how to play with the Intellijet system so it does not appear that recoveries are as often or as long.

I'm not sure what to say other than what I see.

There were two recoveries that I was aware of today. One happened with a zero time delay, the other happened with a zero time delay.

I guess it depends where you are.

I do hope that your experience improves... Our network is one of the most comprehensive and solid around.

XOJet can have zero time delays too, if we break in TEB or VNY! And we have a fleet a fraction the size of NetJets. Sounds like the two recoveries you witnessed happened at the right place at the right time. If we had so much excess capacity that we had spare aircraft everywhere we went, I'd be concerned we have too many airplanes and not enough utilization.

Alright!

Good job!
