Good Morning Everyone:
I am in the process of obtaining a letter of authorization for RNP 4. The FSDO says I need an operations manual in order to be approved. We are part 91. Can anyone advise where I might find a guide for such a manual or could send me a copy that I could use as a reference.
Thanks for any assistance:

If you wish to roll your own Part 91 Operations Manual, you can start by reviewing NBAA's website and their Management Guide. If you want someone to run the gauntlet for you, I'd recommend you talk with Lucille Fisher at Quality Resources (www.qualityresources.biz). They can do your manual and advise you on dealing with your FSDO.

Did the FSDO require an Ops Manual for issuing your RVSM LOA too? That seems weird. Maybe they are switching over to the MSPECS issuance instead LOAs. (MSPECS are the part 91 version of OPSPECS)

Good luck!
