I don't think we are retiring them soon, we apparently are taking the remaining 4 of them out of the desert and returning them to service by this upcoming Summer.

DAL has about 12 of them, is that correct?

ABX announced we have first rights to your 200's when you retire them. They said they plan on taking most of them and converting them to freighters.


Go ahead and give us those old birds now. You guys deserve something shiny & sparkly to fly.
 
DL has 15 762's. I think you guys will have to wait a while to get them as DL can't afford to lose a lot of mainline planes at the moment. Shiny and new is nice, but paid for planes are even better.
 
One of those 767-200s is the "Spirit of Delta" purchased by employees back before the destruction of the family.
