If you know what you are doing, you should never exceed 1-1.5 g's. However, if you think you know what you are doing and pull a stunt like this you could easily over G the aircraft.
 
I remember the first time I wanted to roll and airplane..

My pops said: "Do you think you can?"
I said: "I'm not sure, I'll try..."
My pops said: "If you don't think you can, you better not try it.."
