If you are talking about seniority again, it does not last I checked. I did forget to mention the seniority tiebreaker, which does help at the beginning of the month when everyone is at 0 credit hours.

I'll second this as well. 32mo on rsv. could be alot better and worse... however it'd be nice if they would just turn on the whole fsm...
