A friend of mine just e-mailed me and said she is rescuing a cocker spaniel. The problem is the dog is blind in one eye and I guess only has 50% vision in the other. The Vet says cargo is a no go because he cannot see all that well, he may suffer a seizure because he is unable to tell what is going on. Sedating is not an option because of the blindness.

She said that she had heard that sometimes pilots will fly these rescue dogs. I am unaware if the possibility exist but told her I would ask.

So if anyone has any info, please let me know.

Thanks
