Yes, holiday pay which is 4 Hrs. above guarantee per holiday

Yes, year end bonuses based on profit and longevity

75% DH pay and not cancellation pay exactly but 100% of line value if RAH makes 98.5% completion factor.

Republic is only a few months due to short staffing.....

Yes we have a clause.... 2x in rolling 6-MO. period. There is a shortgae of 170 SIM time which would explain a pool and our short staffing.
