Whats going on with this compnay? Do they have a unofficial company " lounge " to find stuff out?

I hear the upgrades are screeching to a halt....any truth to this?

Upgrades are slowing, very slow on the 145 side. The 170 side is moving along at a slower pace than the past year, but still moving.
