Just curious what current Mesaba pilots think. Is there is any word or speculation that the remaining Avros will ALL be parked before this whole thing is over? They have been operating with around 20 for a few months now and havn't parked anymore to my knowledge. Can Northwest even park anymore without replacing the Avro with a similar aircraft to cover those routes? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I haven't heard anything on the remaining Avros. The propaganda paperwork that the company sent out I think had another batch of 5 going in May. My memory may be fuzzy though, since I already threw it away.

If they do continue to go away I guess there should be another reduction notice in the no so distant future.

they cancelled a captain displacement....sorry "realignment" just as I got the gate last month. Not sure what is happening these days. HR decided furloughs were not worthy of keeping access to the website to keep up on what is happening there.
