I want Airnow's SAV. Gotta do that time first with somebody though.

I also have applied to Airnet with time quite similar to computerguy's. No word yet but I haven't updated my app. Computerguy, did you update often before the phone interview?

What's up with Planemesters? I haven't heard of them.

Hey Mcjohn,

I have a friend who works for planemasters-- good company that has Caravans, King Airs and Citations based out of Dupage. They've got a number of caravans around the US.
Not sure what the time requirements are, but my friend is happy with the company--

Thanks CF! Good to see you here. Been a while since we chatted at PPW. Where the hell is Dupage?

Also might want to check out Plane Sense (planesense.com). Fractional PC-12 operator. Based in Manchester, NH. I honestly don't know a lot about the northeast, so I have no idea how close that is to where you need to be, but just thought I'd throw it out there. Keep your options and your eyes/ears open...good luck.

I agree with the poster that said be yourself! It's got to be mighty hard to do that on the telephone, but just be relaxed as you can. (maybe a beer or two wouldn't hurt after all! :)

1500 hours and an ATP wouldn't hurt either. Don't push the issue of being located where you want, etc. Let them know you want the job and are willing to accept some hardships to get it.
Good Luck

i wouldn't hold my breath and completely devote myself to airnet. I know several people, myself included that did not get the job offer... i guess Craig didnt think we "picked a company".... think he needs to get a life.. they seem to have some sort of selection criteria to which me and several of my friends were unable to crack... but my point is, that if you just keep holding out for them and do get past the phone interview, the job still is NOT yours, even with a solid sim ride.
Keep all of your options open and dont put all of your hopes and energy into one company. Ram air frieght is an excellent company from what i hear, as well as flight express. As far as your living situation.... you may just have to suck it up (god knows, most of us have) and know that its just a stepping stone and a temporary inconvienience to live someplace away from home.
