Anyone have any info on Regions Air? Checked their website and threads on here but didn't reveal a lot of information. Thanks for your input.

I just talked to my friend last night that is still over there.
He said they're starting a class today of 6 12 FO's for the SF34's (CVG based)
With that said, He hasn't seen any airplanes on property as of yet.
They still haven't gotten any Capts to go for SF34's class because they still can get a good pay rate negotiated. They're running a JS32 class toward the end of next month too.

Bad work rules and you'll work your butt off. Avg of 6-9 legs per day.
The Airplanes are taken good care of for the most part and the JS32 have GPS' and MFD's in them. Makes you a 100% better pilot!Great pilot group and pretty good Chief Pilot and D.O. on board there too.
Want a quick upgrade, You'll get it if you stick around at Corpex. Upgrade time is running about 1 year. I would have upgraded in about 11 months if I would have not left for CHQ. Training is a Beotch, Need I say more? 40% of the FO's will fail class. (Old Military style of teaching)
The turn over rate is really high there for FO's. Most of them finish IOE and the start applying at CHQ, AWI, and XJT.

All in all I had a good experience there. The pilot group really helps you through all the BS from Management. If I ever got furlwd from CHQ, I would consider going back until I was called back to CHQ.

Good Luck.

thanks for all the info. I do appreciate it. I was thinking about sending a resume. Is there any difference between corpex or regions??

No. Same thing. Corpex is their callsign.
Regions Air, used to be Corporate Airlines since they opened in 1996.
They wanted to get away from the "King Air" name; that is way the changed the name. Not that it's any better.

Are they flying the Saabs as American Connection? CVG seems like a strange base for that.

Sup "A". You have a good X-mas??

I think they're going to fly them as Regions Air. I've also heard they may fly them as Delta Connection. Regions can't fly any American Connection flights that are not to a base.
