Hey,
Ive heard from some people that we're looking for F/a's. Check out http://www.regionsair.com for more info. You want to send it to us, attn; human resources. We're hiring for the Saab 340 outta CLE I believe.

Regions Air

What is the starting salary for an f/a with Regions Air? I noticed an affiliation with American Airlines. Do you go to DFW for training?

How is a flight attendant position considered working in the "Great Outdoors"?

I wonder what the pay is like?

I think it's in the $15+ range. Sorry I can't tell you more. I don't work there but I know some people who will be. I do know that they are looking for up to 30 a/c and getting in NOW would be an asset (holding a line, possibly be a check airman [more money] and the like).

Where did you hear that they are getting up to 30 a/c?

Sorry for the delay...heard that from someone who was hired there. But, like everything, that could just be talk...

Yeh, supposedly they're "attempting" to phase out the Jetstream...

They are not getting rid of the Jestream since that is part of the American Connection deal. The Saab is based in CLE and seems to be flying for Continental Connection...well unless the plane is grounded for mechanical reasons. It looks like they have been canceling flights more than flying them. From another board I understand that all the flight attendants from the last class quit! Pay is $15 an hour based on 80 hours. The plane has not flown 80 hours since it got in the air! There are 3 planes now one in CLE and two that are broken in MQY. The total on their deal is 6. Probably NOT the place to go if the pilots and flight attendants are not getting any hours.

We're getting our time and then some in the Jetscream.. :)

Tomorrow and Friday are going to be days of many CX'd flights due to no crews...
