so after you get the 1000 pic on a turboprop, would you recommend going to a RJ to build jet time, or just keep accumulating turbine PIC even though it's only a brazilia?

RJ F/O time is worthless when it comes to moving on to a major because they want turbine PIC. Given the choice between T-prop CA or RJ F/O, T-prop CA should be the winner every time. I would still stay left seat in the T-prop after logging 1,000 hours because 1,000 hours may not be competitve. You might actually need 2 or 3 k or more to get the call.

If the choice is between RJ CA time or T-prop CA time then of course take the jet.

maybe post this on the regional forum, might get more regional responses.

thank you all for the replies; it just goes to show that most pilots in most airlines you have class..

thanks again.

If that was directed my way, that may be the first time I've ever been accused of having class. :)

What are some easier ways to get PIC 121 time apart from 135 time? Probably an easy question Im just wondering.
