Just curious if anybody can shed some light on what the current attrition patterns are at the various regionals.

Of a class of new hires, how many are still on the property after 1 year, 2 years?

When I was at ACA 4 years ago it seemed like out of 10 guys that passed all the training, about 2 would be gone by the end of 12 months, and another 1 or 2 would leave after 2 years. How do things look these days amoung the other regionals?

At ExpressJet, I have seen or heard of 1 person leaving before their 1st year is up. Nobody quits here, except for the FA'S

almost half of my class (may 05) are already employed elsewhere (5 fo and 1 cpt out of 8 and 6 respectively). The rest of us FO's start collecting unemployment in a couple weeks.
At XJ it's like rats on the Edmund Fitzgerald right now. And the Great Lakes have some cold water around here this time of year.

I got hired at Eagle about a year and a half ago, there were about 33 new hires in my class and I would say less than half are still here. I think we lose about 20 FOs a month on avg.

22 out of 30 are still here from my initial class at SkyWest, which occured nearly six years ago. However, two guys left and came back later lower seniority. We lost two people during training in our initial class.
