At Pinncale, you could expect reserve for anywhere from 4-16 months depending on base, once a line holder.. 11-12 days off for at least 6-8 months.

Reserves are 5 or 6 on 2-3 off, no more then 10 days off a month with at least 2 airport reserves days in the 5 or 6 on.

Our company avoids 3 and 4 day trips to save on the hotel costs, so 2-2 day trip are the norm these days, you either buy the hotel or you have a crash pad.

That doesn't really tell you **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**e. Have people place their pairings and daily schedule.

If you want to give her the experience of reserve. Have her bend over grab her ankles and get ready to take it in the @$$.

Then once and a while give her a triple deadhead to fly one leg. Make sure dead heads are on 737-300 row 21 seat B or E or a mesa erj with a window seat and all that erj comfort.

An ACA F/O makes $60,000 per year????

Me thinks something smells funny about this...

I think he's probably a Capt. I know the original poster asked about FOs, but in this case, I'm pretty sure this guy is a Capt.

Yeah I'm a captain. I completely missed the FO remark in the first post. Sorry about that.. :)

Pay for a 1st yr FO would be around $2,400 for the month.

Pay for a 2nd yr FO on Dojet pay would be about $2,700.

Pay for a 2nd yr Dojet FO that took the seat freeze and is getting paid as a CRJ FO (most FOs are) would be about $3,500 for the month.

Of course, the first year pay is moot as we are not growing and in fact furloughing right now. I don't know how long reserve is, but for the moment (ie, today) it is indefinate. Of course, that can (and will most likely) change in the near future.

A reserve FO can expect about $1,900/mo plus per diem (just pulling this out of my arse, I'd say about $200-500 in per diem, depending on how much you fly and the types of trips) for a grand total of about $2,100-$2,400/mo. Depending on how well you can play the game, you can make closer to $30,000 your first year at ACA. Of course, not too many people are playing the game like they used to since we have people out on furlough (used to manipulate your reserve schedule with trips in open time. You wound up making nearly 100hrs a month in pay and still had some time off.)

As far as QOL, heh.. you're on reserve.

Hope this helps.
