Proof

I'd sure love to see proof that a regional airline takes kickbacks from PFT programs to hire low time pilots......

Me, too. It wouldn't surprise me one iota if they do.

To the best of my knowlege...The guys/gals at RAA are paying for a transition course and then if they want to go with Colgan and pass the interview they also pay $18k for training with Colgan. There are pilots who have done this and are with Colgan now. Now what happens if they furlough, you don't pass the check ride or need extra time I don't know. I guess you are out of luck or just blew $18k. And the type rating on a BE-1900 is worth nothing and I think they are charging extra for it, but I'm not sure. They are also sending pilots to BMA, but they have to have 1,000 hrs I think and no PFT.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

Boston Maine Airlines, Clipper Express Panam. I know they fly Jestream 32's cause Ive seen em in HYA dunno if they have any other types though.

We haven't had any of our pilots go to BMA yet that I know of? But we do have a deal in the works with them.
