i wouldnt bother. had a fellow pilot leave cargo ops and sneak over there last year with about 1500 hours. last i heard he flew about 40 hours in the last two months. although it may sound better than nothing, but if i recall, they pay hourly :(
 
Yes, the DO (Rufus) is no longer with them. I was an inspector for them last year and it wasn't pretty. They are tied in with DDH Aviation which recently tried to sue Dr.Phil for non payment - a small little article in the AIN July issue page 10 bottom left. I think it is funny.
Regal Aviation DAL would not be my first, second or even last choice for anything but getting some fuel and parking somewhere else.
I would say more, but I do not want to be sued either.
 
Their new DO is a stand up guy. He was the CP at Legend and by all accounts was a fair and reasonable guy.

Who knows, maybe he can help over there.
