Does anybody have any information on the Red Bull flight department? The actual corporate end not the "flying Bulls" and hangar 7 guys.

Met this guy in a Brighton UK pub drinking what he called a VERB. It was Vodka, something that started with an E and Red Bull. ANyone ever heard of it?
