Recent UPS interviewees/New Hires

Could all you guys/gals who recently interviewed with UPS or where hired let us know about the process. I am curious about the interview process, types of questions, any type of testing (psych, mechanical, etc.), sim eval, etc.

What happens when your hired? Does UPS put you up in a hotel during training and pay during training?

I am rapidly ruling out working at a passenger carrying airline because of all the bloodletting thats going on right now. I just don't want the worry every ten years that I either may lose my job or will take a major pay cut.

I would really appreciate any info.
