Can anybody who recently interviewed at Horizon tell me if they make you take an atp written? Also what are competitive mins there? Do they require a 4 year degree?

No ATP written anymore
1500/200 is competitive, I have seen people get in on the mins though.
4 year degree preferred not required
 
The degree is only "preferred", but from what I understand, they're only hiring people with it. But it does say preferred, so if you know the right person, or they really like you, who knows.

Neither do I, but I was hired last fall. I heard now it’s harder to get hired without one. When were you hired?

I just want to clarify that there is no atp even if you don't have prior 121? I know that you came from mesaba.
