Recent CAL Classes

Hey all, sometimes someone posts a breakdown of the most recent CAL classes of what equipment and bases. I know there have been classes starting every Tuesday this month and I am in the May 2nd class. I am just curious what folks are getting these days.

The last few classes were 12 all 737 EWR with an option of IAH in 2 months. The next class starts on Tuesday.

I had the same question myself. I heard 8 pilots would be hired for the month of May. Would that be two classe of 4? Seems kind of small.

I think it keeps changing for May. People continue to interview. Time will tell.

Just did my recurrent ride and word is 1 class for May, 1 for June and 1 for July. No idea on the class sizes though. Interviews are stopped for right now because we have enough to fill the summer classes. Interviews and hiring will resume again in June/July timeframe....

That is what I thought as well, but people are still coming in to interview. I saw one last week.

As far as May is concerned, I am in the one on the 2nd and have a friend who just got called for the one on the 16th. So at least 2 for May but who knows for June, July, and August.
