I hear what you are saying. But it's just not the junior guys that are going to cave like you suggest. I've flown with enough "ASA Lifers" on the 700 that don't care how many planes get redirected to Skywest, or care about reserve rules, etc. Most are concerned that they are maxed out on pay already after 18 years.
