I haven't seen the internal company data, so I cannot verify this numbers as haven come from ANA, but if it was an official company report, I can assure you that the figures are accurate. The reliability numbers are going up as well according to the engineering team, it looks likes the 787 will live up to expectations.

Sorry airbus foiled again.
 
How does that variable generator without the CSD work? The MD-90 has the same type of generator...

Works just like the alternator on your car, the ones we've been driving around for thirty years.
 
Hey, I'd be happy to fly that 787 is someone would let me.... Looking at Pprune, looks like Qatar and Etihad will be hiring onto their growing 787 fleets in the near future (Qatar will start to get a few in September I believe).

JAL's future was uncertain just a few years ago and now they are ramping up on 787s and 777s. Not bad for those guys! Looks like ANA and JAL are in a race to see who can add more 787s...
