I've read the old posts about RAM. My questions:

Is RAM doing anything to branch out from the check hauling business?

Is Concord / Charlotte considered an outstation? Or are out-stations those bases outside NC?

Sincerely,
LAFF

Ram Air has the check hauling market all to themselves in that area. The southeast is a big user of checks in all the country so they will be hauling checks for awhile. I guess once it dies out they will downsize and get bigger planes to do UPS.

Who is going to buy there used up aircraft?

If your looking to get great multi time and priceless experience....Ram is for you. Dont worry about how they will be around. I worked for Ram about 3 years ago...for only 4 months. Then I got picked up by Colgan Air and have been there ever since. I have now two types and a ton of PIC turbine time. You need huge balls to fly cargo. You fly no matter what the conditions are that day...or night. good luck and go for it!

I'd have to say that it's really not cool to pubish company e-mail. If they would have wanted God and Country to know that stuff, they would have put it out in a press release or plastered it all over there web site.

It may not be cool to post that stuff but the things they do are much worse in comparison. It all cancels out in the end.

Guess RAM needs to change the password to the company only section of their website to keep bitter ex-employees from doing this.

Nice class act coltsfn8888.
