I did a search and couldn't find any info on this but... does Ram Air have a training contract or anything that says you have to be there for a min time? I'm not looking to train and bail, but I'm just researching my options.

Yes they do, you sign a 6 month contract after your intial single engine checkride, and another 6 month contract after your twin upgrade. So usually the min time you'll be there is at least about 7 months.

If you remind management of all the illegal things they have had you do, plus threaten to get the faa and a lawyer involved they will let you out of the contract. fwiw. Good luck

Nice..... What's even more nice is when people actually HONOR their word..... my $.02....

To each his own I suppose...... Excuse me while I go pencil whip my logbook.....

Mrpink if you worked at one of these worthless excuses for a freight company, and forced to fly when you could likely lose your liscense or you could slither your way out of a contract what would you do?
