Maybe you can form some kind of preflight list we can follow to make sure the airplane is broken. Or a crafty way of being "tired" often, but not too often so as not to draw attention to us.

'Crow, I admire pilots who hold the line on safety when managers don't realize that bad labor relations and the resultant low morale are fatigue inducing issues. Even if the FLOPS don't get that, the vast majority of the frac community knows the Options pilots are standing up for what's right. Furthermore, I'm quite certain your pax don't want you flying them too tired to guarantee their safety and it should go without saying that the plane has to be completely good to go as advertised. well kinda it is...its called "acceptable loss to profit ratio" Meaning you management geniuses dont mind "losing" a few provided that keeps the profit margin up. What you have yet to learn, and this why you get unions, is my job as a PIC is to make it safe ALL THE TIME. Not just 86% or last week, or next tues. But safe all the time.

Making $1 profit isnt enough, you need to make the maximum possible regardless of the safety issue. Otherwise management would'nt be doing all the unsafe crap that it tries to do.

remember the motto....."safety is you #1 concern, provided it don't interfere with scheduling or profits"
