Looking for suggestions on the fastest way to get my address changed and receive our new licenses? Thanks in advance, flying pimp

Hi...

The fastest way to update is to go here...Change of Address. You have to sign up for an "account" but it is relatively painless.

Regards

If all you want to do is change your address then click on here: FAA Airman Registry Services

Also, Q&A from the FAA Airmans REgistry Website:

FAA Questions > Licenses and Certifications > Question << 3 of 33 >>

Question:

I've moved and need to change the address on my pilot's license. How do I notify you of my address change?

Answer: Answer last updated:09-23-03

To update your address, send a signed, written request stating your name, date and place of birth, social security number or pilot's license number, or both, and your new address to the mailing address below. FAA Airmen Certification Branch, AFS-760 PO Box 25082 Oklahoma City, OK 73125-0082 You can also change your address on-line at http://registry.faa.gov/amsvcs.asp We cannot accept a post office box as a residence address. If you want to use a post office box as your preferred mailing address, provide both the PO Box and the address of your residence. If your residence address is listed as General Delivery, Rural Route, or Star Route, send directions or a map locating the residence. Sign the directions or map.

Keep in mind that you will not be issued a new certificate with just an address change. You will keep your old one with the old address on it unless you request a replacement certificate for $2.

Or, as I mentioned on another thread, you can get a new certificate for free by filling out the form to have your SSN removed from FAA records. They'll send you the new certificates with a randomly-generated number instead of your SSN.
