The fastest way to update is to go here...Change of Address. You have to sign up for an "account" but it is relatively painless.

If you want to use a post office box as your preferred mailing address, provide both the PO Box and the address of your residence. If your residence address is listed as General Delivery, Rural Route, or Star Route, send directions or a map locating the residence. Sign the directions or map.

Keep in mind that you will not be issued a new certificate with just an address change. You will keep your old one with the old address on it unless you request a replacement certificate for $2.

Or, as I mentioned on another thread, you can get a new certificate for free by filling out the form to have your SSN removed from FAA records. They'll send you the new certificates with a randomly-generated number instead of your SSN.
