Ok...

I went to PilotJobs.com and looked over some of the
stuff and listings of jobs...They had various Regional Airlines with
Hiring qualifications and Payscales. Out to the side it says" 75 Hours Guaranteed, 75 line, 75 Reserved.....What does that mean? Also
does this mean 75 hrs per 2 weeks or 75hrs per month???

Thanks a bunch.

thats the minimum amount of pay you will recieve in any given monthly period....its called your "credit"...so that means if you fly anything less than 75 hours in a month youll get paid for 75..but anything you fly over 75 youll get paid for the total amount of hours you actually flew.....it says line and reserve because the garaunteed minimum pay is the same for whichever airline you are lookin at....lineholder means you have a set schedule for the entire month where as reserve means the company uses and abuses you on an as needed basis...hope this helped
