Questions for Chautauqua MEC Chair + PFSC

Mr. MEC Chair + PFSC Chair ,


Your actions have been broadcast throughout the
shuttle ranks and we are all sickened.

Does your attempt to bully and intimidate the 3 most
junior Saab FO's make you feel powerful?

Does sending the instructor out of the class so you
can berate them without Flight Safety witnessing make
you feel important?

Do all the phone calls you receive during class and
the negative comments you makeabout them and their
brothers, help their learning process?

Do you think you are funny with the constant staple
jokes? Why must you try and get the three of them
seperated from one another? Does making the girl cry
make you feel like a man?

If you are SO certain that Saab Shuttle will be
stapled to your list, then why must you resort to
these tactics?

Why threaten the 3 of them with termination if they
don't agree to your point of view? Do you even have
that "power"? Let me answer, no you don't!! Pure
attempt at intimidation.

Picking on the 3 that have been separated from the
herd is more a tactic for wild animals on the African
plain, not so called "professionals".

Is the matter not being arbitrated? Does the
arbitrator not make the final decision? Why bully the
3 most junior people into signing things?

Do you not think that your heavy handed tactics will
be remembered next election? Like it or not we are
here to stay, whatever the resolution, and we do have
a vote.

Counsel would do well to remember that as well.

I think it is disgusting that every other employee
group has resolved integration with DOH, yet the 2
unionized groups from the same union have to spend
tens of thousands in arbitration because of your
ego's.

Your bullying tactics will be remembered. You
continuously say on the 747 board that you're telling
the truth, are you really? The truth will really come
out! For whatever reason, it is you that seems to have
the real agenda here, not the Shuttle MEC.
 
If you really want something to be done, why don't you address these issues with the MEC and PSC through appropriate avenues? (BTW, THIS isn't one of them) Oh, because then you wouldn't gain the pity and fuel the hatred, thats why. While our guys shouldn't be acting that way regardless, I'd venture to say there is more to the story. Change your tampon and get over it.

Hey, do you really think you are helping to bring the two groups together with this post? What happened to our MEC's request to not post CR*P on these public forums.

This is an outrage to the Shuttle American commuity! Shuttle Americans should not be judged merely by the airplane they fly. I think you need to contact the ACLU, and march on Washington for Shuttle Americans rights! I've heard around the flight-line such terms as "shiggers", "Saab-backs", and "shinks", and just to let you know this is disgusting!

Careful with onesided information.

We have already gotten information about this supposed incident from one of our committee members.

As quoted on our own IBT747 secure website, the description of the incident couldn't be further from the truth. Also, we have gotten assurances that there is something going on here and we will find out and deal with it.

Again, the extreme majority of the CHQ crew members understand the position the the Shuttle Saab drivers are in and just want a fair integration. After that, we are all glad to see them grow with us at Shuttle/CHQ/REP and are more than happy to have good pilots come aboard. Please don't infect the rest of Shuttle's pilots with these negative impressions as they are as far from the truth as you can get.

But, as I posted on the CHQ Lounge website...please document the incident and forward it to your Chief Pilot so that it can be dealt with quickly and professionally.

Actually, the MEC chair and the PFC chair are not, and have never been in a 170 class. This is propoganda (also called lying - very uniformed lying at that). I agree with Cracker that the CHQ majority want's a FAIR integration. It's in the arbitrator's hands - is there any point in bringing it up.

Regardless of how the integration goes, we're going to have to work together. Knock off the bad attitudes (on either side) and everybody quit crying. WE'RE ON THE SAME FRIGGIN TEAM
