That has some truth to it....it's up to the pilot to use his best judgement, and the line service to use theirs. Sometimes it pays to listen to eachother. I had the same situation on sunday....completely disregarded me, and the sucky thing is, even though he didn't listen to me, if he knocks a wingtip off or runs something over....its MY ARSE!
