Hi!
I like to help.
On the other hand, if I'm on a flight, and HAVE to get off quickly, for a reason, I try to be the first one off.

General- will you run downstairs and grab a stroller for a pax?
I have helped them with their bags, and that is while jumpseating.
Will you pass out snacks nonreving?
Haven't done that.
Push wheelchairs?
I have done that while jumpseating on SWA. The first time I asked if I could board early (which had been offered to me before by the gate agents), and the Capt said OK if I helped w/ wheelchairs. Later I just volunteered when I saw they had a bunch of wheelchairs. Also did this jumpseating on some regional...can't remember which.
Help clean up when it would help?
Have done that several times on NWA as a jumpseater, and a bunch on my US airline, and in my current airplane.
Take the time to help a pax to their gate when you're off?
Helped a lady w/ baby by carrying her car seat through DTW. Also, helped a Spanish-only guy find the NWA service personnel that could speak Spanish and help him. Help people with stuff in the airports all the time (at least I used to, when I was in US airports....).
....
Do you help fuel the plane too?
I've monitored fueling the plane, and a couple of times pointed out that they forgot the grounding wire...NOT very nice!
What about catering?
Yep, with my US airline went shopping with the FAs when we had to self-cater the plane at a night-stop for the next few legs.
Do you get on their lift truck and go in there and help carry off large bins of drinks etc?
Never had a plane serviced by a lift truck.
Helped the FAs by carrying the heavy catering up the stairs.
How about lav dumping?
Nope. But know a LOT of fracs/-135/-91 guys that have.
