How junior is PHL as an FO/Capt. base?

Any talk of dumping PHL as a base?

If USAir goes down the tubes what would happen to bases like PHL?

Who are most of your contracts with?

Where do you do your training and how long?

What are they hiring into?

What's the upgrade time?

How is the contract coming? Any idea when it will be settled and what you'll get?

Thanks in Advance,

Counselair

PHL is senior for captains and not so senior for F.O.'s-you'll probably get it right from the get go.

No talk of closing PHL.

Depends on who steps up to the plate. I believe that if Airways folds, Delta will step up and take the 26 airplanes we currently use for Airways.

26 airplanes with USA

22 airplanes with DAL(by 11/03 currently 12)plus 30 options.

15 airplanes with AAL

12 airplanes with AWA- as you may know we have transfered these airplanes to DAL for June. AWA has closed down the CMH operation.

Indoc-indy 1 week.
Systems-STL 3weeks-flight safety
Sim-STL 2weeks-flight safety
Figure 7-8 weeks.

We only have jets, and for F.O.'s it is the same pay 135, 140, or 145.

Upgrade time depends on where you want to go as captain but junior bases- about 2years or so.

We are hoping for a contract asap I think we will have a TA by summer. Your guess is as good as mine.

Thanks for the good info!
