If you look at luggagework's website, it says that the 737NG is designed to fit under the seat of a 737. I'm assuming it's for the open box under the cockpit seats of the older 737's. The demand was high enough for a slightly different dimensioned suitcase that would fit - so Prudy Neat built it. My father-in-law has one and it's impossible to see the difference unless you put it back to back against my 23" NG.
