Pro Standards his arse NOW..........
God forbid he gets paired up with someone else and there is an accident with that atmosphere in the cockpit being a contributing factor. Try living with THAT on your mind....no thanks. You are a professional pilot now and sometimes it sucks but you will have to make some tough decisions. The fact that this has happened before with other FO's just makes the decision that much easier. Pro standards will not just can him.....they will let him know about the numerous incidents of CRM failure and 99-100 times that is enough.
If it does NOT change he needs to be GONE.....
