PDT ALPA's position now is not the same as it was late last summer.
I'm curious, what was their position then and what is it now?

Thanks

Well the short answer is that when it looked like MDA may furlough, the PDT MEC was NOT interested in us coming back and said there are no flow back provisions. Sorry you took a chance, can't come here. Good luck...

Then, the merger was announced and it became known we are on the ML list and will be included in the integration. Big change of feelings then. Oh, we want you back and will do whatever we can to help. BTW, we still want our numbers and to be able to flow into the new USAirways. Well, now we say, sorry, you took your chance, can't come here now. Goog luck...

Hey I think it was a combined effort on PDT MEC and our Management... Management jumped on the fact that there was nothing signed on getting the MDA folks back, and then when it comes to crunch time our MEC finally tried to save face and get those folks back.
Oh well, I know that if any former CEL (now APL's) get to mainline there will be lawsuits filed....
Gotta love this buisness!!!!!!

Actually ******************************bag I was here before the J4J program and before I came to PSA I was flying jets, so there goes your theory about me having SJS. I've got an idea for you, why dont you go stick your thumb up your ass? It would be the most usefull thing you've done all week.

Gosh, I'm floored by your intelligence and witty retort.

I never said you had SJS. I said you are probably excited (ok, glad?) to be in a higher paying jet vs. a turboprop. True or not?

I guess you must be sh!t-hot since you were a jet pilot prior to PSA, please forgive me my unworthy, unexperienced opinion.

And last but not least, because my ass is exit only. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Have a nice day. I hope you upgrade soon, really. I'm just not sure I want my family riding with you if you cannot control yourself any better.

Why would their need to be a lawsuit filed if former CELs who are APL return to Mainline?

What would provoke such a suit?

I see that PDT is researching to hire outside counsel to re-instate the ghost numbers. Is this the suit you mention? Outside counsel would require assesments of your pilot group. I know the senior Captains and FO's would sign on, but what about the less then 3 year FOs that are moving on?
