If PSA does not accept the TA that was offered. PSA will cease ops on Wednesday of next week, according to our DO!
He says that he has his resume out. DO, whether we believe him, or not! However, if that is the case, Dough can start flying these planes himself!
I had thought that things would improve with the AW takeover, but evidently I was wrong.
DP,if you want performance, you had better show us what you are going to do for us. We want to make this airline successful, but this isn't a one way street.
We will do our part if you do yours!
We are ready to do our part! Show us that you give a damn about our lives and we will do everything we can do for US Airways!
Take Care, DP
I hope you get to see this, because, most of us want to be a member of a winning team, that includes you!
Take Dough and thanks for your help!
In the event that you're actully interested in improving this situation, feel to e-mail me at [email protected].
I believe that you are following the right path and would like to help!

If the DO did threaten to shut down PSA he is in direct violation of the railway labor act. If you were one of the pilots that witnessed JR making this statement in the CLT crewroom please contact your MEC rep. They are seeking all witnesses.

Jeez louise. What a screaming load of horse bollocks with bells on...

Don't buy the lie! Keep playing your hand, and you'll win better than your atrocious CEO (Houk, the doosh) can imagine.

Do you really think that US could handle losing all the lift PSA provides without planning in advance? It would take several months before they let PSA clost down.

Settle down Beavis.......

good close those doors up. i'll take a vacation then maybe i'll come to my senses and get a real job doing something rewarding like performing colonics on fat women. goodbye ye sh!tbag career!!!

Okay that was uncalled for! So much for breakfast... Yogurt will never look the same.

Seriously, No f'ing way they would shut down PSA that fast. Not unless Mesa has a boatload of CRJ-900s plus crews stored in a secret hanger in Area 51 all ready to go.

I'm still waiting for the tearful "it's probably already too late" speech we apparently got during the push for the 700s.

There is no way we are closing down, JR, TK and the rest of the management maggots dont have a golden parachute. Thats how the airline management good old boy club works.

Good luck guys. I guess Mesaba isn't the only corrupt sh!thole out there these days. Our management are greedy maggots, too!

Good luck, and don't buy their bullsh!t for one minute.

Wow! So it went from "fly 900's for the same pay" to "well, you won't talk, so we are closing the doors" in one day! I feel for you guys. I cannot believe that the industry has gotten to gestapo tactics everywhere.

This is such an insult to a good bunch of people. I am glad I got out, and hopefully I can help in some way, just let me know...

I was with the DO 95% of the day on Thursday (and Friday) and I never heard him say this.

Interesting how rumor travels and morphs into what guys want to hear, Also read that the MEC turned it down which isn't the case, they are awaiting additional negotiation from the company.

Yes , but if the company said this is a take it or leave it deal with NO negotiating, and the pilots said they MUST negotiate in order to even consider it, isn't that effectively turning it down? Will PSA Mngt come back and say "Oh we were just kidding, we'll negotiate, just wanted to see the look on your face when we said 'no negotiating'. Hummm...

Didn't the MEC code-a-phone say, well "NO"!

I believe the code-a-phone stated, in it's present form, or original form. I have heard a few whispers, that there might be a blinking of an eyelash here or there, so they might still be whispering in each others ears. Just as management can come and start of with Yes/No.....MEC can do the same, while things are still talked about.
As always, in the past, listen to nothing, and wait for the end result. The rumors will kill ya and give ya ulcers. Though if your senior to me. Please eat up all the rumors you can...:)
