Hey, Gun
I think you need to re-read that 10% reserve thing brother.

It read something like only 10% can be junior manned.

Not that only 10% will be on the schedule. I would be the company would want somewhere around 25% on it. Just my two cents.

RNO

I thought I was wrong once ... but I was mistaken:

It was clarified by GRIZ on the Union board.

Exactly 10%. 10% min, 10% max. The max = the min.

It won't help you to read the document distributed...

See this post #161

I will check it out.... I guess reading the document doesn't do me any good. Thanks, I will check it out.

My understanding is that this is a side letter to your current agreement. This does not prevent or deter you from renegotiating your current contract which runs thru 2009 ?????

Can somebody clarify this ?

thanks

It's suppose to be a COMPLETE overhaul of the current CBA. We will see if they place an extension to the current expiration of October 2010. October 1, 2007 is the day we will see....

73 percent pass because the guy living in fargo doesn't pay any attention to anything involving his future. He's just going to see a couple of grand and think hey I can buy a new track for my sled.
