problem updating apps. at Jetblue?

Anyone out there having problem updating apps at JetBlue? Each time I get an error message while trying to log on?

If you experience trouble updating your JetBlue app. simply send a short email describing the problem to [email protected]. I just found this out myself last week, as I was inquiring for a friend who has been trying to update his app.

This address is only for problems with updating an online application, and not for other questions.

disable norton firewall.

Several of us had the same problem. Turn off Norton Firewall before attempting to enter the site and you should be back in business.

Or any other software firewall for that matter. This is not just happening to "Norton" users. Good luck.

Just delete some of the porn from your hard drive and try again. It worked for me, ahh, I mean a friend of mine.

Guys, thank you for the advice... By turning off the virus protection software I was able to get into the update screen.
