I'll assume you are a typical, thick-skinned pilot who does not offend easily here.

This type of problem only escalates as it sits idle. Talk to some other FO's and get some backup in your camp if you need. Then go to ProStans. A disconnected crew is an accident waiting to happen...and it has happened over and over again.

Everyone has personality problems, except me of course. But when it becomes a matter of safety b/c even doing a checklist is spiteful, you have a problem and you may die from it. Or someone else may later. If he needs to make a man of himself by imposing his self-importance that way...heck with him, see ProStans.

Forewarned is forearmed. Be an adult and stand up for yourself in the cockpit and don't let them intimidate you. Chances are, this guy/gal has always been a jerk and other people know about it too.
