Thanks for bringing this to my attention ...who would of thunk it ......

anyway "herewegoagain" thanks to you i was able to go to the web sites you provided and was able to print the change of number form .....and .....also when i went to the faa site and requested privacy from the database ....the faa did also reply very quickly

will not furnish my SSN on any future applications for Airman or Medical certifications.

I was thinking of checking #2 above but first I have a question: At the end of 2. above it states that "I will not furnish my SSN on any future applications for Airman or Medical certificates." What number DO you submit? The new certificate number? I haven't changed my Cert. number yet but I'm going to. I have a medical this summer and just wanted to know WHAT I should put down when they ask for my Soc. #?

At my last medical I left the SSN blank. Took some convincing the receptionist that it wasnt needed.
