I had a similar situation happen to me when I applied at DAL. One of my previous employers had shut its doors. I called my former Chief Pilot and asked if I could leave his name and address as a point of contact. That seemed to work for me back then.

In your situation you may want to call ALPA at 703-689-2270. You probably aren't the first pilot in this situation, they might be able to at least point you in the right direction.

Also, if you still have access to the ALPA National forum, post this same question there and see what the other similarly situated TWA pilots have done.

Well PRIA only goes back 5 years by law, so if you left pre-merger then that was 6+ years ago, so you don't need it.
