If you guys don't have anyone at SkyWest talented enough to lead a union, or pilots with enough balls to stand behind the union leaders, then yes, I agree, a union is not going to work for SkyWest.

I think 9 out of 10 pilots at companies with a mature contract would say a union is a necessary evil pilot groups need.
